The Inn staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that your stay is fantastic! One of the inn keepers came over to greet us at breakfast and helped us with planning our day with activities in the area. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and the decor is great!
This bed and breakfast is perfect! My dad and I drove from Boston for a rock climbing trip to Rumney. Even though the lyme inn was further than the other hotels to rumney, it looked far more appealing. The pictures showed it as a nice, cozy place, and it totally was!

This is one of our favorite places to spend a weekend. Everyone here is very friendly. The rooms are spectacular, it's pet friendly, and the food and drinks in the tavern are amazing. Highly recommended!
The bathroom is gorgeous with a nice soft/cozy bed. However all we hear is banging, from somewhere, all the time. It's not guests above since it's all the time/very consistent. It really only stops late night. There is also no frig. Sounds petty but they have a DELICIOUS restaurant here. Any food you take back..wait, you can't because there is not a frig to store it in. The tub also pops after using it. The inn is beautiful, friendly service, and at a great price!! You just have to ignore the constant banging, popping of the tub after a shower, and no food after 10PM since everything is closed, and you don't have a frig.
